Volunteering at St Andrew’s is a rewarding way to give back to the church and to meet new friends in our church community.
There are many areas which would love your help. These include the Welcome and Hospitality Committee greeting people as they arrive on Sunday, The Pastoral Care Committee who go out into the community to visit with those who are in need of home visits, The Music Committee who provide all the wonderful music to enrich our worship services, The Sunday School looking after the children of our community, The Board of Managers looking after the day to day running of the church and it’s facilities, and so many more areas which would love to take advantage of your time and talents.

Donate
St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Orillia, exists today through the gifts of time, talent and treasure of both past and present members of the church community. Your gifts support the daily life of the church and make possible the many programmes and services offered to the local community and beyond including national and international projects. Your support is the outward sign of your thanksgiving to God for the gifts you have received. We ask that you prayerfully consider some of the many ways to support the ministries of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.
Pre-Authorized Remittance
Many people no longer carry cash and cheques and instead they preauthorize their bank to withdraw certain amounts to pay bills, etc.
You can do the same with your church givings by calling the office and arranging for an amount to come off your account on a monthly basis.

Living Trust Fund
Many individuals over the years have given lump sums to the church to be invested in order that the principal is secured but the interest continues to give year after year to support the church and its work. It is a gift that keeps on giving and we encourage you to consider St. Andrew’s as you prepare your wills or by giving annuities or gifts today.
Bursary
Certain people prefer to give lasting gifts to be designated to specific purposes. We have, for example, a bursary that supports students studying for ministry. We welcome such gifts especially in consultation with the church treasurer.

In Loving Memory
Imagine the chance to drop by the Welcome Centre of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and see your loved one’s name on the tree. In the warmth and comfort of the couches at the Tribute Tree, you can sit and remember and rejoice that your loved one is part of God’s Tree of Life.
In Living Tribute
How delightful it is to say thank you or I love you by placing a leaf on the Tribute Tree at St. Andrew’s. For years to come, your name or that of someone you appreciate and love will be forever celebrated each time someone looks at this tree.
How to Obtain a Leaf
By contributing $300 to St. Andrew’s church per leaf, your loved one’s name(s) will be added to the tree. Each leaf can take up to 26 letters including spaces.
