June 2 – Hibernation Arts Gallery in downtown Orillia is the heart’s delight of artist Molly Farquharson. After many exciting years of travelling the globe, Molly followed her dreams of becoming a full-time artist. Her studio highlights her own interest in fibre art and also showcases about 25 different local artists, besides hosting music, poetry readings and book talks. Molly says, “The arts draw people to Orillia. Artists start trends of economic development.” Molly is a member of the Orillia Fine Arts Association that has produced a new Arts District Gallery Guide.
