This is a programme for Teen girls to talk, be heard and support each other. Weekly discussion groups, will include guest speakers, snacks and fun activities in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Girls will learn to manage stress, build self-esteem and confidence, as well as learn to take care of themselves. Click here to read poster.
The G.I.R.L. Programme runs Tuesdays starting February 13th and will end Tuesday, March 13th (5 weeks).
The teens will meet from 3:30 pm until 5 pm in the Youth Centre.
