This is a programme for Teen girls to talk, be heard and support each other. Weekly discussion groups, will include guest speakers, snacks and fun activities in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Girls will learn to manage stress, build self-esteem and confidence, as well as learn to take care of themselves.
The G.I.R.L. Programme runs Tuesdays starting November 7th - December 5th at 3:30 pm in the Youth Centre. To view poster click here.
